Liberty Tree Dedicatied

The Mary Ellen Robertson Chapter planted and dedicated a

Liberty Tree in Leesburg, FL Veterans Park Feb 17, 2025          in tribute to all patriots:  past, present and future.

The original Liberty Tree Stood in Boston. In 1765 it was the site of protests against the British government. Patriots often gathered beneath its branches to share their wisdom and support.

Liberty trees began appearing throughout the colonies and became a familiar symbol of freedom.
